Let’s talk morning routine!
We all know that your morning sets the scene for your workday, here are some of the ways to set yourself up for success.
✨ Breakfast and coffee. Energize your body and your mind by taking the time to make breakfast. Be sure to drink a whole glass of water and then brew up some coffee or tea to get your caffeine boost.
✨ Moment of meditation. Take a moment to stretch or to sit outside. Do not scroll on your phone or log into your computer yet. Just enjoy a moment for yourself before your day begins.
✨ Create a list. Create a list of tasks for the day. Start with the easy stuff and then work your way towards the more difficult or time-consuming tasks.
✨ Prepare your workspace. Surround yourself with all the things you will need for the day including: water, snacks, aesthetics, charger, etc. This will allow you to buckle down and get more work done more efficiently.
